Applications
Petersen Aluminum Copings are designed
to seal the parapet and eliminate all exposed fasteners while reducing installation
costs. They are ideally suited to use on industrial plants, schools, hospitals
and other types of commercial construction.

TITE-LOC¬ Coping
(patent no. 5,289,662)
The system features a built-in
sealing mechanism incorporated into the splice plate (see illustration). This
proprietary feature not only adds rigidity, but insures a weathertight joint.
Proper installation requires that the hold-down cleat be attached with four
top fasteners and two face fasteners, spaced as shown. TITE-LOC¬ coping may
be specified with either a neoprene compression pad or a metal compression
strip.

•Made 3/4" larger than the wall to compensate for membranes and inconsistencies.

Neoprene Compression
System: PAC-LOC Coping
This time proven system features a
special closed cell neoprene spacer that provides a positive compression fit.
This ensures that the coping is held firmly in place without any exposed fasteners.
All necessary accessories are available.
